Validate first, scale later. We want to demonstrate that we can provide the utmost value to enable growth within the our community and in the web3 space as a whole. With that we plan to start building, growing, and connecting from day 1 and learning to iterate in order to achieve our goal of scaling to become the #1 value creation community in the web3 industry.

We believe that the best way to start building this community is by forming trust through shared value creation, alignment of values, and communal connection.

Build a sustainable business. We dream big, but start from a narrow focus on fundamental value creation. WIth that in mind, we plan to start off as an agency, a service organization focused on providing value an any form we can to early, mid, and late-stage web3 founders. Once our niche focus is built and we find PMF through sustainable revenue streams, we will turn to scaling through a broader community of experts.

Decentralization is a means to a goal, not the goal itself. We believe ownership distribution is the key to rewarding those who create value while also maintaining their engagement and incentivizing them to sustainably contribute to the community. Therefore, despite operating in a more traditional, centralized model at start, we aspire to record and track all contribution for building the network (read more on the stakeholders that makes Covariance a success).
